All of our Loafers, Velvet Slippers, Boots, Sneakers, & Boat Shoes follow the same size curve.
To find your Standard Del Toro Size, we recommend using your usual sneaker size, or simply using your EU size for best fit.
Our shoes should be snug and secure in the mid-foot and will give way to some stretch over time with wear.

Shipping & Delivery
For all orders within the US, we offer flat rate shipping.
We typically process orders within 2-3 business days.
For flat rate ground shipping, you can expect to receive your order within 3-10 business days after processing.
If it has been more than 3 business days since you placed your order & you haven't received an email with tracking, please reach out to support@deltoroshoes.com so we can investigate the issue.
Estimated arrivals for expedited shipping options are presented at checkout. These ETAs are calculated based on destination address & courier information.
We do our best to provide you with accurate information, however, Del Toro is ultimately not responsible for refunding shipping cost in the event of courier delays as these are unfortunately out of our control.
Shipments outside the contiguous US may take up to 30 days to arrive due to country-specific jurisdictions & import processes.

Returns & exchanges outside the contiguous United States are possible but shipping is to be paid by the customer both ways.
It depends. In the event of a mistake, please email support@deltoroshoes.com as soon as possible.
We will do our absolute best to accommodate post-purchase changes, however, once an order has been packed by our warehouse team there's really not much we can do to intercept it. And the majority of our orders ship the same day they're placed.
Del Toro is not responsible for any costs accrued as a result of user error.

Yes! You may return your order for a cash refund within 15 days from the date of delivery
Items must be sent back in perfect sellable condition with all original packaging to be eligible.
note: all returns & exchanges are subject to a $15 restock fee per order.
